Crew
Heliodoro Anaya Javier — the person who walks your line
Owner of TIER FENCING, INC, working from 805 Elfers Rd in Patterson. He still measures the run himself.
Why the company exists
A Patterson crew that treats the property line like a contract
Heliodoro started TIER FENCING, INC because too many backyard quotes were written from a driveway glance. Posts went in shallow, gates dragged, and nobody came back when the first winter heaved the corners.
The shop on Elfers Rd keeps common posts, mesh, and vinyl on hand so a repair does not wait on a warehouse two counties away. You get one owner on the walk-through and a number that actually rings: +1 (209) 204-6538.
We work wood, vinyl, and chain-link — not every specialty system on the internet. If the soil or the HOA needs something we do not run, Heliodoro says so on day one.
